Today was really just an easy recovery run. Effort was way lower... and Strava even told me that it was, almost like it was scolding me. I basically tried to run as flat a course as I could but when you start on top of a hill that doesn't always work. I ran over to ISU's campus and was out near the Stephen Performing Arts center. I was planning to do two miles out and then back but I found that getting off the pavement there is alot of mud. So I had to adjust but, so the course looks a little funky. All-in-All i accomplished my goals today which is important. My shoulder/back injury is feeling a bit better so maybe i'll think about maybe doing some weight work. Once thing I missed on this week is running drills. I was going to start since the snow is basically gone from the grassy areas's around the hospital but i'm just out of the habit. Goal for next week. Tomorrow is again and easy day to set up for my long run on Saturday.
