Today was just intended to be a very simple run. Ran to the north on the new trail in Pocatello that runs along side I-15. Then came back down the hill by Green Acres Elementary and then past Holt Arena and back up to the hospital. I really was eased off the gas pedal trying to take it easy today. I felt a little sore after yesterdays 7 miles.
